Once our van is loaded and we’re ready to set off, we’ll take your goods to our storage facility in Park Royal and arrange all of the logistics on your behalf. Items are added to an inventory then placed inside a temperature-controlled unit, which we’ll keep an eye on through 24-hour CCTV surveillance. While your items are in storage, you have full freedom to upscale or downsize, and when you’re ready to get them back, our team will deliver them to your door. You won’t ever hand to lift a finger! For any goods that you’ll need right up until your move day, whether that may be the fridge or bed, we’ll pack these last just before we load up the van.

Now, when you arrive at your new address, it will be entirely up to you whether we simply drop off your belongings and head off or help you to settle into your new home. We’ll always help our clients with unloading the van, reassembling furniture and placing boxes in the right rooms, but our full unpacking service is optional. Although the majority of our clients do opt for this option, if you don’t, we’ll still pop back to collect your empty, flatted down boxes so you won’t have to worry about disposing of them.

This means that when we deliver your goods to you to get started, you’ll have everything ready to go, and our team will be able to start helping with assembling and placing the furniture. When we’re done, we’ll collect all of the unwanted packaging and ensure that they’re disposed of in an eco-friendly manner.
